This imaginative formula will make you consider servings of mixed greens to be something other than a bed of greens. New, delicious mango and sweet brilliant raisins are blended with fiery lime juice and hot diced stews. The greens are hurled with quinoa, fresh red onion and chime pepper, at that point joined with the leafy foods with pecans and pumpkin seeds for crunch and protein.

Ingredients

  • 1/some quinoa, in addition to water for cooking

Preparation

  1. 1.Cook the quinoa and leave the pan with the top on to lighten up until cool. 

  1. 2.While the quinoa is cooking pizzazz and juice the lime into a bowl. Cut the onion, bean stew and mango at that point add to the lime juice with the brilliant raisins, blend, and leave to drench. 

  1. 3.Once the quinoa has cooled cut up the pepper and blend into the quinoa with the olive oil and sheep's lettuce at that point season with salt and pepper. 

  1. 4.Blend the splashed fixings to the quinoa blend, serve in a bowl and top with pecans and pumpkin seeds.
