Sweet Potato Veggie Biryani

2 huge bunches spinach leaves

Preparation



1- Preheat the broiler to 400ºF and empty the oil into an extensive ovenproof/meal dish and spot in the stove for a couple of minutes to warm up. Include the vegetables and flavors, mix well to coat and dish for 10 minutes. 

2-Blend the rice into the vegetables and pour in the stock and include flavoring.
